We have many years of experience in the independent monitoring of major projects in several EU Research Programmes in the areas of transport, environment and administrations. Project monitoring includes the development of assessment forms and performance criteria, the review of project outputs, in-depth assessments in our areas of expertise, and cross-assessments for large integrated projects.

We have monitored and reviewed more than 100 projects for several Directorates General of the European Commission, including the strategic research and urban sectors of the Transport Research Programme.

Since January 2002 we are, as part of METEOR, responsible for the independent monitoring of the projects under the CIVITAS Initiative of the European Commission (DG TREN).

In 2001/2002 we were the monitoring team for Germany and Austria of LIFE Environment, the largest environmental demonstration programme of the European Union.
