The added value of dissemination for those not directly involved in projects is information on project results, as documented (primarily) in writing. These documents need to focus on outcomes, processes and contexts. Their ultimate objective is to facilitate take-up of transferable results, good practices and innovative approaches in other regions and other countries. Consequently relevant actors need to be informed of the outcomes, the possibilities for implementation and the necessary actions to deploy.

We support dissemination in all phases of a project. In the start-up phase our services may include input on structure and content of website and brochure, set-up of contact database. Later, as tangible results become available, our dissemination work focuses on presenting the project's results to the different target groups, mainly via regular project newsletters, workshops, conferences and project reports.

Rupprecht Consult has considerable experience in dissemination support of Information Society Technologies Programme (IST) projects of the European Commission, including HEAVEN, TOSCA and INTERACT. Further dissemination work includes: Transport Training Programme and MATISSE - Methodology for Assessment of Transport Impacts on Social Exclusion.

Right now we are working on large scale (global) dissemination project for clean urban transport, PARAMOUNT.
